Mari and Ozzy Diaz, the husband and wife team behind BLOOM, have been working in the insurance industry for over two decades. In 2009, they founded BLOOM Magazine, formerly known as InTouch, by its parent company OM Marketing. Their goal was to connect professionals within Worker's Compensation community through innovative marketing and continuing education services to doctors in Worker's Compensation. Over time, they realized that there was a need for an exclusive platform for Workers' Compensation and Insurance Professionals. That same year, they launched IN TOUCH with Today's Claims Professionals, now known as BLOOM, to provide the best resources and networking opportunities for professionals in the industry.
When BLOOM, formerly IN TOUCH, set out to change the way professionals connect, they had one goal: to cultivate long-lasting relationships and celebrate the most essential part of this industry, the PEOPLE!
With over 3000 events delivered to more than 50,000 professionals within the United States, they have accomplished just that! But they're not done yet.
After two decades, InTouch rebranded. It was time to update their platform, features, and benefits In 2020, OM launched BLOOM, a new and improved online community, bringing together Workers' Compensation Professionals, Case Managers, Adjusters, Medical Experts, Legal experts, and Ancillary Services Providers from across the country like never before! Bloom members enjoy many opportunities by participating in a variety of networking, educational workshops, continuing education credits, conferences, luncheons, charitable giving, volunteering, fundraisers - and much more! This is the perfect place for workers' compensation professionals to come together and make valuable connections. The "LinkedIn" of workers comp" - that's what we like to call it!
