Total Network Resources provides a personal, accountable, highly competent, and responsive ancillary referral service that includes Diagnostic scheduling, Physical Therapy scheduling, and Durable Medical Equipment Scheduling for adjusters and nurse case managers handling workers' compensation cases.
How does your organization serve the workers' compensation community?
Most of all, we work very hard to develop REAL relationships with our adjusters and nurse case managers. It is of the utmost importance that our customers know us and know that, from our mail room manager to our ownership team, we are personally available to our customers to solve problems, improve processes, and provide them with ultimate accountability. Our staff that our customers speak with on the phone, who are reading their email, are the same staff who are assisting their patients, and we work every day to earn our customers’ confidence and trust. We are here to do what it takes, each and every time, to see to it that every referral is handled with the utmost courtesy, expediency, and professionalism and that the little subtleties within each referral and for each patient are addressed 100% of the time. In addition to our dedication to customer service and accountability, we provide CEU classes, sponsor and are active in industry banquets, conferences, and organizations, and have produced our own symposium annually for more than ten years.
