Q: Antonio, can you tell us a bit about your background and what inspired you to start Compequip Solutions?
Antonio: I started working for a healthcare physician group as an 18-year-old and advanced to upper management in my 7 years there. During my time there, I became familiar with the worker's compensation industry and recognized that the majority of DME companies focused only on Medicare/Commercial insurance claims, leaving the Worker's Compensation sector underserved. This inspired me to start my own DME company that would fill the gap and provide specialized care to injured workers. That's how Compequip Solutions was born.
Q: Can you describe the mission and vision of Compequip Solutions?
Antonio: Our vision is to be an extension of the adjusters and case managers, taking a proactive approach to managing the medical equipment aspect of the claim from start to finish as compassionate stewards of the interests of our case managers, adjusters, and injured workers. Our mission is to provide highly personalized care, unmatched customer service, and competitive pricing. We want to make sure that our injured workers receive the care and support they need to recover from their injuries and return to their normal lives.
Q: What sets Compequip Solutions apart from its competitors?
Antonio: Our focus on Worker's Compensation claims is what sets us apart from our competitors. We recognize the specialized needs of every aspect of the process, and we stock a wide range of DME equipment and devices that enable us to service our WC claimants and deliver their item most often, same day by a licensed technician. Our personnel have been with the company for 10+ years, and they carry years of experience, continuing education, and training.

Our injured workers don't usually involve one and done equipment deliveries. The nature of Worker's Compensation claims is generally long-term, so we work closely with our clients to ensure that their needs are met throughout the entire process.
