Formerly known as the In Touch Awards, the Bloom Awards Gala has become one of the most anticipated events in the industry, earning the nickname "The Academy Awards" of workers' compensation. In 2020, we paused this event due to COVID, but we’re thrilled to announce that it’s back!

Q: How does the BLOOM Awards nomination and voting process work?
A:
Nominations: We open nominations to workers' compensation professionals nationwide. Anyone in the industry can nominate their peers for recognition.
Voting: After gathering nominations, we provide a voting link to industry professionals. Only workers' compensation professionals are eligible to vote.
Balanced Voting: Votes are weighed by region to ensure fair and balanced representation.
Advisory Board Review: After the votes are collected, our advisory board reviews the results to ensure fairness, but they do not influence the winners.
Winner Selection: The winners are determined solely by votes from industry professionals. BLOOM does not select the winners—the process is entirely driven by the votes cast during the voting phase.
We are incredibly excited to host this event and celebrate the best in workers' compensation. We hope you’ll join us for a night filled with recognition, celebration, and community!
Keep Blooming!
The BLOOM Team
