Debbie Goodridge is a woman who wears many hats, too many to count, by her own admission. Her multifaceted life revolves around empowering her teammates, embracing self-care, and finding joy in the small things.

One of the most rewarding aspects of Debbie’s work is hearing from her teammates about how empowered and valued they feel working with her. “Hearing other teammates letting people know how much they feel part of our team and how empowering they feel working with me,” she shares, highlighting the positive impact she has on her colleagues.

Debbie’s day starts on a spiritual note, with her husband sending her a morning scripture. This ritual sets a tone of gratitude and reflection. Recently, she treated herself to a new dress that fits perfectly and has pockets – a delightful combination for any woman. “It’s a win-win!!!” she exclaims.

When asked to describe her strengths, Debbie chooses “Health, Love, Productive.” Others describe her as “Friendly, Helpful, Disciplined,” which are characteristics that undoubtedly contribute to her ability to inspire and lead.

An avid reader, Debbie recently finished “Verity” by Colleen Hoover. She finds solace in romance novels and enjoys painting pallet wood to stay present and unplugged. Music also plays a significant role in her life, with her ‘80s playlist often on rotation, thanks to her husband’s passion for music.

Stepping into her spool, a combination of a pool and spa, never fails to make her smile. Looking ahead, she eagerly anticipates her monthly massage, a part of her self-care routine that she cherishes. Describing self-care, Debbie emphasizes hydration, regular exercise, meal prepping, taking vitamins and CBD, and getting sufficient rest.

Debbie admits she’s neither a morning bird nor a night owl, preferring to stay in bed as long as possible but typically asleep by 10:00 PM. When it comes to beverages, coffee, specifically BUSTELO, is her go-to, and she has a sweet tooth, particularly for oatmeal raisin walnut CLIF bars.

Her purse is a testament to practicality, always containing chapstick, gum, a credit card, her license, and glasses. As a leader, Debbie inspires other women by giving them confidence and leading by example. She celebrates their accomplishments by showing praise and sharing their successes with others, fostering a culture of collective celebration.

Debbie admires several women, including Dayani Yauch, Ashley Conway, and Monica Brown, who serve as her inspirations.

In a world where juggling multiple roles can be challenging, Debbie Goodridge stands out as a beacon of empowerment, self-care, and genuine connection. Her story is a reminder of the importance of finding joy in the little things, staying true to oneself, and uplifting those around us.
