When did the Bloom Awards begin?The Bloom Awards, formerly known as the IN TOUCH Awards, began in 2011 by the founder Mari Diaz, who wanted to find a way to honor and celebrate the people in the workers' compensation industry.

How does the Bloom Awards nomination and voting process work?Nominations: Open to workers' compensation professionals nationwide. Anyone in the industry is welcome to nominate their peers. Nominations typically open in March and close in August. Voting: Voting is exclusive to workers' compensation professionals. Balanced Voting: Votes are regionally weighted to ensure fair representation. Advisory Board Review: Our advisory board reviews the results for fairness but does not influence the final outcomes. Winner Selection: Winners are chosen solely by industry votes—Bloom does not play a role in selecting the winners.

How does the Bloom Awards nomination and voting process work?Nominations: Open to workers' compensation professionals nationwide. Anyone in the industry is welcome to nominate their peers. Nominations typically open in March and close in August. Voting: Voting is exclusive to workers' compensation professionals. Balanced Voting: Votes are regionally weighted to ensure fair representation. Advisory Board Review: Our advisory board reviews the results for fairness but does not influence the final outcomes. Winner Selection: Winners are chosen solely by industry votes—Bloom does not play a role in selecting the winners.
